During the year

• Invested in The Bubbles Co., Ltd. for additional machinery to support the expansion of production capacity.
• Installed a 1.73 MWp Solar Rooftop system to promote the use of renewable energy and reduce electricity costs.

• Invested in The Bubbles Co., Ltd. for additional machinery to support the expansion of production capacity.
• Established a subsidiary company, Subterra Co., Ltd. engaged in the production and distribution of underground sewer equipment, wire and underground communication lines.

• The company join venture with The bubbles Company Limited to produce and supply Floating Solar Pontoon and install solar system.

During the year

• Has appointed the Risk management Committee and Corporate Governance appointed Mr. Peerapun Chivapornthip is the chairman.This was approved by the Board of Directors Meeting 1/2019 on 25th February 2019.

During the year

• Mr. Kwanchai Nattaset resigned before the end of the term due to retirement. This was effective from 1st January, 2019, where the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has proposed to appoint Mr. Peerapun Chivapornthip to serve as a replacement director. This was approved by the Board of Directors Meeting 4/2018 on 12th November 2018.
• The exercise of rights in ordinary shares of directors and employees (ESOP-W1) was on 30th March 2018, total of 1,068,618 shares (stock price 1.2397 Baht) valuing 1,324,765.65 Baht.

During the year

• Operation of Composite Asia Company Limited in July.
• Completion of warehouse construction and start work in January.
• The exercise of rights in ordinary shares of directors and employees (ESOP-W1) total 4,384,298.00 shares (stock price 1.2397 Baht) valuing 5,435,215.00 Baht.

During the year

Expand warehouse up to 5,000 sq.m. to support business expansion and formulate a plan for manufacturing volume increase in 2017.

Exercise Warrant (COLOR-W1) at 1,771 shares valuing 5,488.86 Baht and Exercise ESOP-W1 at 972,563 shares valuing 1,205,628.81 Baht.

Increased company registered capital to be 652,343,752 Baht by issued 395,260,418 common shares at per-value of 1 Bht/share

• For Right offering to the existing shareholder with RD condition 1 exist share : 2 new shares. in total 387,333,334 shares.
• For serving the night adjustment of warrant (Color-W1) exercise 6,052,084 shares.
• For serving the right adjustment of ESOP-1 exercise 1,875,000 shares.

Company settled the loan amount 100 million Baht to VIV holding and the affiliates.

Capacity expansion to be 45,000 Mton/year,which is part of total designed capacity 60,000 Mton/year at This new production site.

• Increased company registered capital to be 257,083,334 Baht to serve the exercise of warrant (Color-W1), amount 48,416,667 shares and the exercise of ESOP-1 amount 15,000,000 shares.
• Acquired composite Asia Co.,Ltd and Polypolyemer Co.,Ltd. then increased registered capital to be 15 Million Baht each with 25% paid capital.

Polymerit Asia Co.,Ltd. an affiliated company was appointed by Board of investment (BOI-Promotion) to produce and sale masterbatches and Ready-To-Use compound to serve both domestic and export market.
